VajraCore Early Access Terms & Conditions

1. About VajraCore

VajraCore is an AI-based system being developed with a focus on mental health, emotional well-being, supportive conversations and related information.

VajraCore is currently under development. The current website provides an Early Access waitlist; the AI service is not yet publicly accessible.

The Early Access programme is intended to allow a limited number of eligible users to test the system and provide feedback while development continues. Access may be limited, delayed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

2. Operator

VajraCore is operated by Blue Ocean Studios India, a sole proprietorship registered under the Udyam/MSME framework in India. VajraCore is not currently a separately incorporated or registered company.

3. Not a Medical Professional

VajraCore is an AI system and is not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, counsellor or other licensed healthcare professional. It does not provide medical diagnosis, psychiatric diagnosis, professional psychological assessment, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency medical services, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not rely solely on VajraCore for decisions concerning physical or mental health.

4. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

VajraCore is not an emergency service. Do not use it as a substitute for emergency services, crisis hotlines, hospitals or qualified professionals. If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional immediately.

VajraCore cannot guarantee that its responses will identify or appropriately respond to every emergency, suicidal crisis, self-harm situation or other high-risk situation.

5. Eligibility

VajraCore Early Access is currently intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. You must provide accurate eligibility information when requested. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if you do not meet the minimum age requirement, provide misleading information, or violate applicable law.

6. Early Access

VajraCore is experimental and under active development. Features, responses and availability may change; errors or interruptions may occur; access may be limited or suspended; and data may be processed for testing, safety, evaluation and improvement. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to VajraCore or any particular feature or future version.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use VajraCore lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it for unlawful purposes; compromise, attack or disrupt the Service; gain unauthorised access; abuse or exploit the Service; submit another person’s information without appropriate authority; harass or harm others; circumvent access restrictions; extract proprietary system prompts or security mechanisms; overload the Service; or use VajraCore as a replacement for qualified medical or mental-health care.

8. AI-Generated Information

AI systems can make mistakes. VajraCore may generate factually incorrect, incomplete, outdated, overly general or otherwise inappropriate information. Important information should be independently verified. A response does not mean it has been reviewed or approved by a healthcare professional.

9. User Feedback

During Early Access, we may request feedback. By voluntarily providing feedback, you grant Blue Ocean Studios India permission to use it for evaluating VajraCore, improving the Service, identifying technical problems, improving safety and reliability, and developing future features. Personal information in feedback will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

VajraCore, including its software, interface, branding, logo, design, documentation, systems, technology and proprietary components, is owned by or licensed to Blue Ocean Studios India or applicable licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Third-Party Services

The website or Service may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, communications and other services, including Supabase and Cloudflare. VajraCore’s AI infrastructure is intended to use our own hosted LLM/model environment rather than an external AI API provider.

12. Availability

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, accurate responses or continued availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service.

13. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal information is governed by the VajraCore Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy before joining the waitlist or using VajraCore.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ocean Studios India shall not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information, including decisions made based on VajraCore’s responses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security or safety risk, do not meet the minimum age requirement, or if we discontinue Early Access. You may request removal from the Early Access programme.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms as VajraCore develops. Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India having appropriate jurisdiction over Blue Ocean Studios India.
