VajraCore Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

VajraCore is operated by Blue Ocean Studios India, a sole proprietorship registered under the Udyam/MSME framework in India. VajraCore is currently a product/service being developed under Blue Ocean Studios India and is not a separate incorporated company.

2. Current Waitlist Information

The current Early Access website collects:

• Name
• Email address
• Country
• An optional response explaining why you want to use VajraCore

The current waitlist form does not request phone number, gender, city or date of birth.

3. Technical and Usage Information

We may automatically collect information necessary to operate, secure, analyse and improve the website, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of visits, referral/source information when implemented, website interaction and usage information, error and performance information, and security-related information used to protect the Service and user data.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and security, and analytics technologies to understand website use and improve performance. Analytics information may overlap with technical and usage information. Specific providers may change as the website develops.

5. CAPTCHA / Human Verification

The Early Access website may use a CAPTCHA or similar human-verification mechanism to help prevent spam, automated submissions and abuse. It is intended to verify that a person is submitting the form; it is not used by us to request date of birth, phone number or other waitlist information.

6. VajraCore Conversations

The current Early Access website does not provide public access to the VajraCore AI. When the AI becomes available, interactions may include prompts, messages, AI-generated responses, feedback, conversation metadata, technical information and information voluntarily provided during conversations. Users may provide sensitive mental-health-related information, and we encourage users to avoid unnecessary identifying information.

7. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to manage the waitlist, select and contact potential beta testers, communicate with applicants, verify eligibility, manage access, send Early Access invitations and status information, send relevant VajraCore product or service updates to Early Access applicants, operate and secure the Service, evaluate performance, identify errors, improve quality and safety, evaluate user experience, and develop features.

When the AI is available, eligible interaction data may be processed for evaluation, testing and improvement. We do not currently intend to directly train the underlying model on users’ conversations as a straightforward model-training dataset. Information may instead be processed for system evaluation, safety, quality improvement, research or development, subject to applicable law and user choices. Where feasible and appropriate, information may be aggregated or de-identified.

8. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Waitlist information is intended to be stored using Supabase. The Early Access website is intended to use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. VajraCore’s AI system is intended to use our own hosted LLM/model infrastructure rather than an external AI API provider. Other infrastructure, security, analytics, communications or development services may be used as the Service evolves.

9. We Do Not Sell Personal Data

We do not intend to sell users’ personal information as a commercial product. We may provide information to service providers where necessary to operate, secure, analyse or improve VajraCore, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

10. Data Sharing

We may share or provide access to personal information with infrastructure and hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, security providers, email/communication providers, technical service providers, professional advisers where necessary, government authorities where legally required, and other parties where required or permitted by law.

11. Mental-Health Information

VajraCore is designed around mental-health-related use cases. Users may eventually provide information about emotions, experiences, relationships, stress, anxiety, mood, mental well-being or other sensitive circumstances. VajraCore is not a healthcare provider, and information submitted to it should not be assumed to be covered by medical-patient confidentiality.

12. Age Requirement

VajraCore Early Access is currently intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The current waitlist form does not request date of birth. Eligibility may be verified through appropriate means when access is provided.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction and other unauthorised processing. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring and security practices appropriate to the information. We also use security measures intended to protect the Service and user data from abuse and unauthorised access. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

14. Data Retention

Waitlist information is intended to be retained for up to one year, unless you request deletion earlier, withdraw from Early Access, the information is no longer reasonably required, or another legally appropriate retention period applies.

When VajraCore AI becomes available, conversation data is intended to be retained for one year, subject to applicable law and any updated retention practices disclosed to users.

15. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to information concerning your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, information regarding processing, withdrawal from Early Access, and the ability to raise a complaint. Requests may be submitted to vajracore.contact@gmail.com. We may need to verify identity before processing certain requests.

16. Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

17. Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your Early Access participation, subject to legal, security and operational requirements. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or otherwise permitted. Irreversibly aggregated or de-identified information may not be reasonably associated with you and may not require deletion.

18. Data Breaches

If a security incident affects personal information, we will take steps appropriate to the circumstances, including investigation, containment, remediation and notification where required by applicable law.

19. International Data Processing

Because VajraCore uses third-party infrastructure and cloud services, including Cloudflare and Supabase, personal information may potentially be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside India depending on provider infrastructure and configuration. We will take steps required by applicable Indian law concerning such processing.

20. Third-Party Websites and Services

The VajraCore website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their respective privacy policies before providing information to them.

21. Changes

As VajraCore develops, our data practices may change. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required. The updated version will include a revised Last Updated date.
